We understand that emergencies come up and, thus have the following cancellation policy in place.

NOTE: A non-refundable administration fee of $300 applies to each reservation.

- If canceled by July 10th - 100% refund minus $300 admin fee.

- If canceled by July 20th - 50% refund minus $300 admin fee.

- After July 20th - NO REFUND APPLIES
